1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the services provided by The Green Vintage Events, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using our services or accessing our website. Continued use of our services will be deemed as express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Services
The Green Vintage Events offers a comprehensive range of services dedicated to organizing and coordinating events. These services include, but are not limited to, planning, design, coordination, and execution of corporate, commercial, social, and cultural events. Our goal is to create exceptional and impactful experiences that foster team cohesion, communication, and collaboration among participants and stakeholders.
3. Reservations and payments
To secure an event reservation, the user is required to make an advance payment equivalent to 50% of the total event cost. This payment is used to cover the initial planning and organizational expenses. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than seven business days before the scheduled event date.
Payments must be made exclusively via bank transfer. Upon receipt of the initial payment, the user will receive formal confirmation of their event booking. Similarly, the remaining balance must also be paid via bank transfer, and confirmation of payment is required for the event to proceed.
The applicable VAT rate for services provided is 21%. Any changes to this rate as mandated by Spanish tax authorities will be automatically applied to all transactions without prior notice to clients.
4. Cancellations and refunds
If the user decides to cancel the event, cancellation policies will depend on the services contracted. Generally, if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event date, the initial payment will be retained. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued.
Unforeseen circumstances: The Green Vintage Events reserves the right to cancel or alter an event in the event of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the event from taking place as originally planned. Such situations may include, but are not limited to, space availability issues, extreme weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, The Green Vintage Events will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event if possible. However, if the client chooses to proceed with the event on the original date, and weather conditions are unfavourable, no refund will be provided, and the event date cannot be changed.
5. Liability
Participants in any event organized by The Green Vintage Events are solely responsible for their safety and well-being, as well as for any injury or damage they may cause or suffer during the event. The Green Vintage Events will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the event.
Participants are required to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by The Green Vintage Events and local authorities. We encourage participants to act responsibly and follow the directions of our designated staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all involved.
6. Intellectual property
All content, including but not limited to texts, designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and other materials provided by The Green Vintage Events, is the exclusive property of the company or licensed third parties. This content is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws, and the unauthorized use of any material is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of The Green Vintage Events's intellectual property may result in legal action, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and other intellectual property claims.
7. Modifications to terms and conditions
The Green Vintage Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to comply with new regulations, improve the services we provide, or for other operational purposes. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website, and the user must accept the updated terms to continue using our services.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
