By accessing and utilizing the services provided by The Green Vintage Events, the user agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions. If any of these terms are disagreeable, we kindly request that you refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
The Green Vintage Events provides event organization services, encompassing the planning, design, coordination, and execution of corporate events.
3. Reservations and Payments
Reservation confirmation becomes effective only after making an advance payment equivalent to 50% of the total event cost. The remaining 50% must be settled with a notice of 7 working days before the event date.
Our exclusive payment method is through bank transfer.
The applicable VAT rate is 21%. In the event of a change in the VAT percentage in Spain, the new rate will be implemented accordingly.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation conditions vary based on the contracted services in case of user-initiated cancellations. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify an event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Inclement weather leading to the impossibility of carrying out the contracted activity is not grounds for a refund. In cases where rain is predicted in advance, The Green Vintage Events will make efforts to find alternatives to postpone the activity. However, if the client chooses to proceed with the activity on the original date, and it is affected by rain, no refund or date change will be granted.
5. Liability
The Green Vintage Events bears no responsibility for losses, damages, or injuries incurred during participation in events organized by the company. Participants assume full responsibility for their involvement and must adhere to the rules and regulations set by The Green Vintage Events and local authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and intellectual property on The Green Vintage Events platform are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use of any material may infringe upon copyright, trademarks, and other laws.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Green Vintage Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will become effective upon publication on the website.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
By utilizing our services, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.
