On its 50th anniversary, a prominent brand in the cocoa food sector has made a significant improvement to its formula, completely eliminating the use of palm oil in its products. This change reflects its firm commitment to adapting to consumer preferences, replacing palm oil with a careful combination of high oleic sunflower oil and cocoa butter across the brand's product range.

Product launch

Before making any decisions, it is crucial to determine the focus of your product presentation. Are you planning to launch a new product? Introducing an extension to an existing product line? Once the objectives and strategy are established, we take care of all other aspects to ensure the event meets the specified requirements.

Choose the venue for your presentation

On this occasion, we looked for an idyllic space in Gavà, close to the airport, as attendees were coming from various parts of Spain. The two-day convention demanded meticulous organization, including venue selection, hotel coordination, transportation, hostess management, decoration, catering, as well as activity and entertainment planning.

First day of the event

We welcomed our guests in the garden with an exquisite coffee break. The first part of the day involved an internal meeting with employees, presenting all the strategies and new products the brand would launch.

At this point, we transformed the hall into a theater format, accommodating approximately 100 people, equipped with audiovisuals to support the speeches and presentations, led by our technician. The meeting extended into the afternoon after lunch.

Fostering a spirit of solidarity

In the afternoon, a break was dedicated to a team-building activity. On this occasion, we proposed the 'No Child Without a Toy' initiative, as the event took place just before “Reyes”. All employees participated in creating wooden toys, which were delivered that same evening by executives to La Casa de los Xuklis. These toys are not only essential for children's learning but also promote cognitive development, imagination, fun, and ultimately, happiness.

Executives, surprisingly for their employees and with the collaboration of the video team, recorded this special moment with all the children residing in the house receiving oncological treatment in a hospital. It was a very emotional moment!

Transforming spaces for impactful events

After the thrilling day, we guided our guests to a new environment inside the farmhouse, providing them with a well-deserved break to relax after the intense meeting. During this time, the entire team at The Green Vintage Events worked on dismantling the hall and preparing it for the next experience: the eagerly awaited gala dinner. The speed of this process was essential to stay within the scheduled time and maintain the event's momentum.

We leveraged the proximity to Christmas to infuse the space with a festive touch, allowing all our guests to immerse themselves in the warm Christmas essence. At The Green Vintage Events, we not only strive to organize memorable events but also ensure that each moment is an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Second day of the event

On the morning of the second day, we conducted meetings and tastings of new products. When guests returned to the hall, it was once again arranged in a theater format, as if nothing had happened the previous night.

In the garden, we set up various stands for guests to try the products that would soon hit all supermarkets. Today, all packaging proudly displays the 'palm oil-free' logo.

Emotional tribute to employees

While employees enjoyed a delicious brunch in the garden, our video team edited the final video of the event. The video became the emotional culmination of our event, closing the day with a collection of unforgettable moments shared among everyone.
