In response, we crafted a one-of-a-kind experience, seamlessly blending an orienteering race with a series of captivating challenges, all intricately tied to a personalized escape. Right from the start, we ensured that the client remained blissfully unaware of their participation in an elaborate escape scenario.

The grand finale of the day unfolded with a delightful cocktail reception in the castle courtyard, followed by an exquisite cocktail-style meal, complemented by dancing to cap off a day filled with excitement.
Participants disembarked from the bus at the starting point of the route, cloaked in anticipation of the unknown. Once on solid ground, our team, dressed as investigators in hats, ties, and jackets, swiftly emerged, cordoning off the participants to ensure their safety.
After securing the area, our agents began unfolding the scenario, clarifying the mission for the participants: to reach the Castle and, along the journey, gather crucial information to deactivate the lurking virus. Dividing them into 8 teams of 10 individuals, each assigned a distinct name and color, we equipped them with a meticulously crafted map. This map, embedded with a reservation code in the specific format of the company, guided them through a strategic order of visiting different points along the route.
With the stage set, our Discover Agency urged participants to undertake an initial trial, assessing their cohesion and the essential qualities needed for the complex case at hand.
Following the successful completion of the first trial, each team navigated towards the points indicated on the map, encountering two additional challenges along the way. These challenges bore code names intricately linked to their industry, such as: CHECK IN, '13TH FLOOR', 'FAKE BOOKING,' and 'CUSTOMER SERVICE.'
Upon completing the route and collecting vital clues, participants reached the castle's grandeur to face the hackers' ultimate challenge – 'Customer Service.' This final room tasked them with deciphering enigmas centered around customer service, a pivotal aspect for the company. Teams earned reservations, which, when pieced together, unveiled the key to unlocking a secure safe. Faced with a 30-minute countdown, they had to conquer this challenge to prevent the self-destruction of the laptop that unleashed the virus.
In a surprising twist, the Discover Agency revealed that the company itself orchestrated the virus as an internal evaluation, probing into the qualities and values of its employees. This revelation led to a reflective session where participants identified and discussed the values demonstrated during the entire experience. Through an engaging dynamic, they affixed post-it notes with perceived values onto a whiteboard, subsequently comparing them with the company's actual values – underscoring the importance of alignment between actions and values.
A distinguished investigative agency, Discover, was enlisted by a hotel enterprise to confront a grave internal threat – a cyberattack jeopardizing the integrity of its reservation network. A virus infiltrated through a fraudulent reservation on the company's website, posing a threat to future bookings and relationships with affiliated hotels. This critical incident loomed over customer loyalty and the company's reputation. Navigating this crisis became imperative to avert potential devastation, as the company faced the looming prospect of an internal crisis leading to its demise.
The entire day unfolded as an unparalleled and immersive experience. From the exhilarating orienteering race to the intricate escape room challenge, participants showcased both individual prowess and collective teamwork.
