A client with headquarters in both Barcelona and Madrid entrusted us with the mission of implementing a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative that would engage both branches. Our journey led us to Madrid to bring this vision to life. For this endeavor, we carefully selected a hotel in proximity to their offices, featuring naturally illuminated meeting spaces and a private terrace ideal for conducting driving tests.
Following a thorough exploration of various activities, we settled on the impactful endeavor of building solidarity bicycles. This remarkable team-building activity not only fostered collaborative effort, striving for excellence collectively, but also contributed significantly to improving the day-to-day lives of children facing the risk of exclusion. The bicycles crafted were generously donated to an NGO exclusively dedicated to supporting these vulnerable individuals.
Our commitment extended to supporting the Madrina Foundation, an organization providing essential aid to vulnerable children and mothers in Ukraine. The current situation in Ukraine is heart-wrenching, with numerous children and their mothers grappling with the severe repercussions of an unjust conflict, often forced to abandon their homes. In response, we aimed to make a meaningful impact by delivering the bicycles crafted by our dedicated employees, bringing smiles to the faces of these young souls affected by the hardships of war.
The assembly of the bicycles adhered strictly to technical and safety standards, with the process punctuated by a jovial inspection marked by laughter and applause. Upon completion, the bicycles were handed over to a representative of the NGO. This individual passionately presented the foundation's overarching project to all employees, fostering awareness about the diverse initiatives they tirelessly pursue. Thus, we concluded this uplifting, enjoyable, and socially impactful dynamic.
